Delivery Policy

for Digital Download products

Delivery constitutes meeting of one or more of the following conditions:
a) At least one instance of the complete download of the bought digital goods
b) Delivery of an email from us to your email box the download instructions for the purchased digital asset.

1. On receipt of the order the buyer will be immediately presented with the link to download the digital asset.

2. As a backup to #1, the buyer will be sent within one business day an email with instructions to download the purchased digital asset.

3. In case the download links do not work or you are not able to download the digital asset using our

download instructions and/or the link, you should reach out to us via an email on orders@vxxiv.com or via phone at +1.888.579.9991 with your order no, date of purchase and email address you provided during the purchase process to resolve the issue and recieve the digital asset.

4. If you have not downloaded the digital asset or reached out to us via instructions in #3 above in case of an issue related to the said download in 10 caldenar days inluding the date of your purchase, the digital asset will be considered delivered.
